The Client Portal will allow you access to your account information and the electronic documents needed for your first and subsequent appointments. Please create your account after you have requested an initial appointment.
The Online Scheduling portal allows you access to create subsequent appointments with your provider. Alternatively, you can log in to the client portal and click the calendar icon to schedule/review appoints also.
